Mr Gadomski has 10 years of experience in internal auditing in the financial sector, mainly in insurance companies (in the PZU Group), including over 4 years as a manager of audit teams. Participant of audit/consulting projects in the areas of finances, corporate management, risk management and financial reporting.
Over the past two years, as the Deputy Director, he led the Management and Finance Division at the largest research institute in Poland, Maria Sklodowska-Curie Institute – Oncology Centre in Warsaw supervising the areas of:
• strategic and corporate management,
• financial controlling,
• HR,
• IT
• investment,
• purchasing,
• internal audit,
• security,
• supervised restructuring/optimisation projects in various areas of the Institute’s activity (medical, financial, administrative).
