Konrad Dziobek, MD, Ph.D

Director of the Kraków’s Branch of the Oncology Centre, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Poland, Secretary of the National Chamber of Development at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland

Doctor of medicine, Konrad Dziobek, specialist in gynaecology and midwifery and for many years, an academic lecturer. Professionally, as a practising physician, associated with Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Kraków and the Oncology Centre in Bydgoszcz. For many years, he worked for the University Hospital in Kraków and Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University where he lectured. Currently, he is the Director of the Kraków’s Branch of the Oncology Centre. He deals with topics related to management, training, outsourcing and advisory in medicine and pharmacy.
Graduate of CMUJ’s Faculty of Medicine. He participated in work experience programmes abroad, in Switzerland, Portugal and Egypt. He finished his Ph.D. studies and in 2009 defended his Ph.D. thesis.
Author of many scientific publications and convention reports concerning gynaecology. He was the co-organizer of many scientific conventions of international range. In recent years, he has been focusing his medical and scientific interests on oncological gynaecology.
Participant of many training sessions and courses concerning public health, work organisation, negotiation and recruitment. Between 2008 and 2012, he was establishing and successfully managing a non-public medical centre (NZOZ). As its director, he supervised a team of a few dozen gynaecologists, obstetricians and radiotherapists, achieving a profit in each year of operation. Since 2018, he has been managing the Kraków’s Branch of the Oncology Centre.
In October 2016, he was appointed the health protection advisor to the President of the Republic of Poland. Currently, he is in charge of the presidential National Chamber of Development.
He works with social and professional organizations and actively supports charitable organizations.
